This 21st century design was actually originally released in the mid seventies. Inspired by the Concorde aircraft, Jim Burns set out to make a guitar with a truly unique body design. Fans of the rock group T-Rex may have seen the Flyte in the hands of the late Marc Bolan. Despite its radical body design, this guitar is incredibly well-balanced and ergonomic and can easily be played sitting down or standing up, unlike other v-shaped guitars.

• 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.

unfortunately BurnsUSA folded but I still adore their guitars and the people who worked there. Lot of history there in terms of guitars!

It absolutely rocks! Great unique body shape and incredible balance. This guitar is "ME".. The Tri-Sonice pickups sound awesome - full-on shred to subtlety. Easy to play and navigate. Can't say enough how much I like this shredding thang.
